Working Group "Changeable Autonomous Production System"
The goal of the working group is to explore how changeable, autonomous production systems can enable linear and circular production using the same flexible resources. The focus lies on developing self-learning, adaptive machines that can autonomously adjust to varying product conditions and support large-scale circular production in high-wage environments.
Research addresses the design of processes, hardware, and software that allow seamless reconfiguration and real-time adaptation. Methods for dynamic order planning and control are developed to manage uncertainty and ensure responsiveness.
Additionally, monitoring tools are created to detect anomalies and novel product states, supporting autonomous decision-making. These approaches are evaluated within the working group on Changeable Autonomous Production Systems.
