Working Group "Prediction of the Product Function"
In the working group “prediction of the product function” we want to predict the functional behavior to enable perpetual innovative products in the circular factory. For this, we develop new instance-individual models to integrate variants and generations of existing products. The prediction of the functional behavior serves as a basis for deciding on the use of the products sub systems and components available and enables design for circular factory.
Principal Investigators
Dr.-Ing. Grauberger is specialized in functional modeling with a focus on the relationships between product design and system behavior.
Prof. Matthiesen is experienced in the field of testing methods and strategies with a focus on knowledge of the relationships between product design and system behavior.
